Clause 1

Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use pvip4, you must be at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age as required by these Terms. pvip4 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid passport, or a driving licence. If you are found to be under the age of 21, your account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any balance in the account may be forfeited in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are permitted to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction. pvip4 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in all jurisdictions, and accessing the platform from a restricted location is solely your responsibility.

Clause 2

Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pvip4. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, under a family member's name, or using different email addresses and payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances associated with them may be forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account. pvip4 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication method; any request purporting to be from pvip4 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. Clause 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on pvip4 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name; use of third-party payment methods is not permitted and may result in account suspension. Deposits are processed promptly upon receipt and credited to your pvip4 balance. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification; if your account has not yet been verified, you must complete identity verification before a withdrawal can be processed. pvip4 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests received during operational hours, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. pvip4 does not charge fees on genuine deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any deposit made using a fraudulent payment method will be reversed and the relevant account suspended.

Clause 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pvip4 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only, unless otherwise specified. Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion; expired bonuses are forfeited. pvip4 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion, including in cases where abuse or exploitation of a promotional offer is suspected. Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting applicable rollover conditions.

Clause 5

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pvip4 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including the selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirmation. pvip4 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, match abandonment, or where there is evidence of match fixing or collusion. In the event of a technical error during a game session that results in an incorrect outcome, pvip4 will investigate and, where possible, restore the correct result or credit the relevant amount to the affected account. RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair outcomes; these outcomes are final and not subject to appeal. Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are subject to acceptance at the time of submission and may be declined if market conditions change.

Clause 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pvip4 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities: (a) registering more than one account; (b) providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC; (c) using the platform if you are under 21 years of age; (d) using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; (e) exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; (f) engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, or fraud; (g) using payment methods registered in another person's name; (h) accessing pvip4 using a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions; (i) engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform. pvip4 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity.

Clause 7

Account Suspension and Termination

pvip4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where: (a) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (b) the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; (c) fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is detected; (d) the account has been inactive for an extended period and applicable dormancy procedures have been completed. Where an account is closed due to breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct (e.g., service discontinuation), any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) is handled separately under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Clause 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the pvip4 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and promotional material — is the exclusive property of pvip4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or reverse-engineer any part of the pvip4 platform without prior written consent. The pvip4 name, logo, and brand assets may not be used in any context without explicit written permission. Any unauthorised use of pvip4 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pvip4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from: interruptions to service, system malfunctions, delays in processing, errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected, or losses resulting from your own decisions while using the platform. pvip4 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and may take the platform offline for scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs with or without advance notice. In all cases, pvip4's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 10

Responsible Gaming

pvip4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its users. Every registered account has access to self-management tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available directly through your account settings. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively and to seek support from the pvip4 responsible gaming team by emailing [email protected]. pvip4 will never encourage, incentivise, or solicit a player who has self-excluded to return to active play. Clause 12

Amendments to These Terms

pvip4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pvip4 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users, which may include a notice displayed upon login or an email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the pvip4 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
